PRIVACY POLICY OF DYMOND ENTERPRISES/CLEARANCE ZONE UK
This website operates under UK law.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we have about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: Firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
The information which we will have access to when you order includes:
Your Name
Address
Phone Number
Email address
We won't pass these details to anyone else without your prior permission, except to process, address and post your order, and if required to, by a court of law. We won't have access to your credit/debit card details as they will be processed securely by PayPal or GoogleCheckout. EKMPowershop provide our shopping cart and forward orders to us.
We will not add you to our mailing list unless you have given us your permission and even then you will be able to unsubscribe at any time. The details of the mailing list will not be shared with anyone else except the company who hosts our list.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EU (European Union) we will always obtain your consent first. This applies to our mailing list, as the host, Bravenet.com, is based outside of the EU.
You can check the information that we have about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
We use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site, i.e. to see where our visitors come from, the pages which they view etc. This includes using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. This cookie doesn't tell us who you are or your personal details. You are anonymous to us until you place an order. Non-personal information will not be connected to personal information given when you order. The cookie will be initiated by AddFreeStats and the information gained by it will be stored on the AddFreeStats website. You can usually modify your browser to prevent a cookie being placed if you wish.
We never sell information to marketing companies, or anyone else.

RETURNS POLICY
All of the goods we sell at Clearance Zone UK are good quality, new items, not returns or seconds, unless stated in the description.
Returns Policy
Item Faulty, Damaged or Not as Described:
If an item should arrive damaged, or not as described, please email us immediately with details and return the item within 7 working days of the delivery date, via a signed for postal service (you are responsible if it gets lost or damaged), including your name, address, invoice number and the reason for return. In this situation, a replacement will be sent and the shipping costs of the return refunded, or a full refund given in the event of a replacement not being available.

Return for Any Other Reason
In this situation, email us asap, and return the item within 7 working days of the delivery date, along with your name, address, invoice number and the reason for return, via a signed for postal service (you are responsible if it gets lost or damaged), and the item must be unworn (except for trying on) and fully resaleable. This means: Goods must be complete, unsoiled, not smelling of smoke and in the same condition as when purchased AND with all tags attached. Please return the packaging (product bag, box etc) as well. Return shipping costs will NOT be refunded. A full refund for the item and original postage cost will be made.

Returns NOT Accepted:
Returns will not be accepted on underwear (except bras) and on swimwear without the protective plastic strip being intact, unless faulty or not as described.
Returns not accepted from outside UK unless faulty.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
