Delivery

The cost of postage and packing is worked out by the weight of the item(s) with a maximum of £3.99 for UK Mainland deliveries (excluding the Highlands).  If you wish to see how much the postage & packing is for an item, add it to the basket, choose the delivery location, e.g. UK, Europe, and you will be able to see the cost. Click on 'Remove' if you don't wish to buy the item.

We send most items via Royal Mail First Class Post, or Airmail Small Packets for International orders, and always with a stamped proof of posting. Sometimes a larger order may be sent by 2-3 day courier with tracking or another means if it brings the cost of postage down for you.

In the event that a parcel is not received, we can't report it to the Royal Mail until 15 days after the due delivery date, to allow time for it to be delivered to you, or returned to us. If, after this time, you still haven't received your parcel, or we haven't, please let us know and we will send a replacement or issue a refund. Items sent by courier, you'll be able to track the journey so if there's a problem, contact us and we'll get it sorted out.

We always aim to post items either the same day as we receive the order, or the next working day.

We currently only send items to the address used for credit/debit card billing to lessen the chance of fraud. This also applies to the registered address with PayPal. Items paid for via PayOffline can be sent to any address which you state on the form.
